Sherri K. Baldwin, Principal
Sherri Baldwin is the Principal of LeadAdvantage, Inc. Sherri uses a unique blend of business-relevant, engaging and high-energy approaches to create an environment where leaders are individually equipped to navigate successfully through their specific business challenges to achieve a desired objective. Sherri has worked closely with leading organizations such as The Carolinas Nuclear Cluster, Wal-Mart, ACE Hardware, United States Gypsum, and Carolinas Healthcare to strengthen behavior and promote effective organizational change.
Prior to LeadAdvantage, Sherri worked as VP of Coaching, Consulting and Programs in a leadership development firm and has 15 years of experience in sales & marketing management, primarily in the hospitality industry. Sherri earned a degree in Communications from Texas A&M University where she currently serves on the Leadership Council. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and has served as the Area Governor for Toastmasters in Charlotte, NC. (Toastmasters is an international public speaking and leadership organization). Sherri is also an FAA certified pilot and is a published author.

Bob Mobley, Senior Consultant & Director of Analytics
Bob Mobley has over 25 years as a human resources development professional and has lead seminars and workshops in a variety of businesses and industries in the United States and abroad. In addition to workshop facilitation, Mobley has significant experience in organizational development, culture change initiatives, training needs assessment, productivity improvement and communications. Bob has a BA in economics and business administration from Wofford College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Rick Vipperman, Senior Consultant
Rick Vipperman has over 30 years of leadership development experience including Founder and President of LeadFirst & Associates, a Charlotte, North Carolina based International firm that focused on executive level leadership. After selling his business in 2005 to pursue personal interests, Rick Vipperman reunited with LeadAdvantage in 2009 to continue his career-long pursuit of working with organizations to create and strengthen a more healthy and productive operating culture through the effective use of management and the influence of leadership.
Grady L. Peeler III, Facilitator & Consultant
Grady Peeler is a Certified Public Accountant and spent almost 10 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving clients such as Bank of America, IBM, Federal Home Loan Bank System, Volvo, Old National Bank and various private equity firms. He has since successfully started 2 small businesses and continues to provide financial consulting services for medium to large companies. Grady now speaks, trains and develops leaders to help companies improve their financial results by improving their people.
Sonja Stetzler, Speech Coach
Sonja Stetzler is a communications and public speaking coach, who believes that effective leadership begins with communication. Sonja’s programs provide communication tools that impact successful client outcomes. Sonja’s career entails nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare and hospitality industries. Her roles have included positions in management, sales, sales management, and quality assurance. In addition to coaching and facilitating the Powerful Presentations Workshop at LeadAdvantage, she currently serves an adjunct professor in the Knight School of Communications at Queens University of Charlotte.

Dawn Leitner, Business Coach
Dawn Leitner, CC is founder and president of Momentum Coaching Alliance. Dawn is an executive management and leadership coach with over 20 years of leadership and management experience. She works with new and seasoned managers and teams at all levels of the organization by focusing on their individual strengths to be more effective as leaders and managers, while meeting company objectives and reaching their own professional goals. Prior to starting her coaching practice in 2007, Dawn worked for Computer Sciences Corporation for 18 years in various management and leadership roles supporting the IT services and outsourcing division. In 2004, she was asked to lend her leadership and process management skills for a major outsourcing project overseas supporting the largest bank in Malaysia.
Dawn is a member of the International Coaches Federation and currently serving as Chairman of the Nomination Committee for 2007 for the Charlotte chapter. She is also the VP of Programming for AITP (Association of IT Professionals - Charlotte chapter); Treasurer and Advisory Board member of the Charlotte Film Festival non profit organization; and participates as a core member of the Save Darfur coalition of Charlotte.

Van walton, director of youth leadership programs
Van Walton, the director of the Hispanic Ministry for Proverbs 31 Ministries is also a member of the Speakers Team. She is a trained CLASS (Christian Leaders and Speakers Services) speaker, and a Certified Personality Trainer. She is the author of a children's book, a contributing author to several publications, a graduate of Kay Arthur's Precepts Bible Study Training, has presented and taught with Dr. Ken Canfield, Center for Fathering, at FATHER / DAUGHTER SUMMITS, and has appeared on INSP ( i-life tv) RAISING AN AMAZING GENERATION.
